How CAVENZ sources its pieces
Before purchasing, request the exact reference, condition, source and available documentation. Ask which items are included, whether a watch has a service history, and whether a fragrance is sealed. Confirm all details for the specific piece before payment.
Why an official store receipt matters
A receipt records a purchase. It does not, by itself, establish authenticity or guarantee a manufacturer warranty. Ask what documentation accompanies the specific piece and arrange independent verification where appropriate.
What to check when buying a luxury watch
- The reference number and serial, stamped on the case and matching the paperwork.
- The movement: winding feel, accuracy, and a service history if the piece has been worn.
- The full set — original box, warranty card or certificate, and the store receipt.
- The finish: bracelet stretch, case polishing, dial originality and crown condition.
- The provenance: where the piece came from, and whether that story is documented.
Reading a fragrance label
Check the exact fragrance name, bottle size and concentration, such as eau de toilette, eau de parfum or parfum. Performance varies between fragrances and wearers. Ask for photographs of the label, packaging and seal, and confirm the condition before purchasing.
How a private viewing works
- 01Send your request — the reference, the fragrance or the piece you have in mind.
- 02We confirm availability, condition and price in writing, before any commitment.
- 03You ask questions, request extra photographs, or simply take your time.
- 04Confirm the reservation, delivery arrangements and included documentation in writing.
Questions we are asked
Are prices shown on the site?
Pieces are offered on request, so pricing is confirmed personally. Market values for the references we carry move often, and a confirmed price is more honest than a stale one.
Do I receive proof of purchase?
Ask us which receipts and supporting documents are available for the specific piece before purchasing.
Can you source a specific reference?
Often, yes. If a piece is not currently in the collection, send us the reference and we will tell you plainly whether we can source it and at what price.
Looking for a specific reference?
Write to contact@cavenz.com and we will answer personally.
